So very many people worked so very hard to make this day a special one for us... and special it really was!!

First of all, for the support, the hand-holding, and the sewing marathon, THANKS MOM!! She really outdid herself... I still get tickled at myself when I think of how the bridesmaid dresses were designed after my frustrated comment that maybe we should just cut a hole in a sheet for them!

To my cousin Diane... WOW~!! I knew you would really make everything look wonderful, but I had no idea just how perfect you would make everything! So much time, thought, effort, and work went into everything you did... I can't imagine it being any more perfect! And that CAKE... OH my goodness. I have never actually had wedding cake that was so GOOD... not to mention just stunning to look at. You are a goddess!

To Charlotte, who acted as if she had been one of my best friends for years, the way she worked alongside Diane... all I can say is, THANK YOU... and let's go cruisin'!!

To my brother, Shane, for manning the camera and making sure we had photographic evidence that all this wasn't just a dream... thanks so much! And to his girlfriend, Jenn, for hair and makeup... goodness knows ~I~ was in no condition to try to deal with those things on Wednesday afternoon! Thanks, guys...

To Kimana and Lisa... you guys made our day very special, and I have made two very dear friends. You're awesome!

To Melissa, for her beautiful singing at the ritual. It was just PERFECT~~!!

To Cat's Dad, Jim Steincamp, for travelling all the way up here to be with us on our special day... thank you! And I'm particularly grateful to you for having produced the most amazing man I've ever met... thank you!

To Dawn, who TRIED to be here, but thanks to my dyslexic directions, wound up on a scenic tour of Virginia instead... *sigh* Well, at least we got to visit a little bit!

To Mersea, for taking time away from her job to be with us.. thanks! It was great to get to meet you!

To Grey, Sandra, and Nancy Jo... our oldest mutual friends... we love you! Thanks for being there with us!

To my wonderful friends at Topeka's... I am SO glad you all came! Debbie, Christian, Cyndal, David, Troy, Jeremy, Maggie, and Joe... it meant an awful lot to me, that you came.

A special thanks to Joe for helping tote people around, and for providing entertainment for the rehearsal dinner and the reception, as well as the beautiful "Message in the Sand" Wednesday morning!

To Rob, Charlene, Jason, and Bonnie, Cat's Bank of America people, for making the trip and sharing the day with us. And not laughing too hard when I melted my shoe...
